You control where your move information goes.

The Customer sheet keeps contact and move details with the estimate. When you send it, MoverCalcs uses your own email program, so the file goes only to the movers you choose.

You stay in control: the Email button opens your normal email, addressed to the movers you enter, so you send the move file yourself.

The Customer sheet keeps the contact and move details with the estimate, and it is where you decide who receives the move file. Nothing is sent automatically — you send it yourself, from your own email.

You Control Where The Information Goes

  • Your email is what sends it. The Email button opens your normal email program with the move file ready to go. MoverCalcs does not send anything on its own and does not keep your information.
  • You choose the recipients. It is addressed to the movers whose addresses you enter, so the file goes only where you send it.
  • Optional consultant. If you check Forward info to Moving Consultant, a moving consultant is added as a recipient too. Leave it unchecked and no one else is included.

What Is Safe To Share For An Estimate

You do not have to give out exact private details to get a good estimate.

  • Cross streets are fine. Instead of a full street address, you can send the nearest cross streets. A mover can still judge access and distance.
  • Approximate dates are fine. A rough move window is enough for an estimate; you do not need to commit to an exact date.
  • Share precise address and dates later, once you have chosen a mover you trust.

What The Sheet Holds

  • Your note to the Movers – a short message that goes out with the file.
  • Movers Email Addresses – who the estimate request is sent to.
  • Customer Email Address – your own address, so replies come back to you.
  • Long Move Consultant – optional guidance and the forward checkbox for longer moves.
